PRE-CHRISTMAS VISIT WITH FRIENDS 2010

I'm anxiously awaiting our friends Terrie and Richie who traditionally make a pre-Christmas trip up to Terrie's hometown of Santa Fe.................. To visit old friends.....................

And see the village.......................

And share a delicious lunch with more friends...............

This year, we chose La Fonda for it's authentic Santa Fe ambiance--and the tree............

And as it turned out--for the scrumptious food................

Three old classmates from the SFHS Class of '67 have plenty to catch up on................

And a good time was had by all!! (Yes, Dwightie was there, he just didn't get in many photos.)

VILLAGE SCENES--WINTER 2010

In Santa Fe, the Village is up and glowing...............

And outside, the town has a dusting of snow that gives it a Christmas Village appearance of it's own.................

The best thing to do in times of icy weather is to hunker down comfy cozy inside..............

Although Danny seems a bit snooty about his hunkering...........

While outside the wayfarers have "miles to go before they sleep"..............
