MARDI GRAS WITH THE DEMOCRATS
Now that Lent is over, it's fun to look back at the crazy days preceeding it--Mardi Gras!
Our personal Mardi Gras party is over, but the Santa Fe County Democrats are planning a big bash, soooo..... it's back into my Mardi Gras outfit....
Complete with an elaborate new mask....
We pick up a mysterious Miss Toesette....
And it's off to the Elks Lodge....
Where the Democrats are having a grand party celebrating Mardi Gras
Angelica is an expert concerning Mardi Grad having managed a costume shop in New Orleans.....
The Demos are ready to party.......
The place is decorated and the Mardi Gras fare is authentic New Orleans.....
So. let the good times roll....
Sisi is a butterfly delight.....
Alice is a mysterious maven....
And cousins Ralph and Cathy are awesome in their Carnivale masks from South America......
