Political Statement: The futile attempts at self-determination by the underprivledged minorities (Paco, the puppet) who are being oppressed and controlled by THE MAN (Also Paco--as portrayed by Frannie) who is in turn being controlled by unseen (and perhaps uninterested) cosmic forces. (The great Paco in the sky) Hmmm..............
