Our beloved little 'FRAIDY CAT", Rory Capshaw was struck and killed by a car about 12:00 last night. Giano found him on his way home from work. Someone, perhaps even the person who hit him, had moved him out of the road and had placed some roadside wildflowers on him. We have known and loved Rory Capshaw almost from the minute he was born! He was a loveable plush comedian who liked to spend a good amount of his day as a lump under our covers. He was Natasha's daily companion and a clumsy hunter of bugs because mice seemed to scare him. He loved to cuddle with us in the mornings and with inanimate objects at other times--like wooden goats and the Christmas Village. He was a pleasant big armfull of a pet and he will leave a gaping hole in our family. He was preceded in death by his sister and littermate, Lucy and is survived by his human family; his mother, Macey; his cohort, Natasha; and his canine friends--especially Solange who he toyed with for his amusement. Farewell, sweet boy--we will never forget you!
