A race through Greenwich Village...
Number One Firth Avenue--where Sara Teasdale, Vachel Lindsey and other poets once resided. Otto is on the bottom floor, the Washington Square Arch is on the left......
Louisa May Alcott wrote LITTLE WOMEN in one of these old row houses. They now belong to NYU.
The village has always been home to artists, writers and musicians, from Edgar Allen Poe to Thomas Wolfe....
Reminiscing of staying here with Dwightie....
