COLUMBUS DAY IN THE GARDEN--2011As the last fleeting days of Indian Summer pass us by, we take a few moments to honor the beauty of our summer garden...

The pets are busy helping Daddy with his chores.........

Most of which involve preparing for winter.....


Goodbye to our "summer paradise"......................















































While the pets look forward to many more winter naps on their soft warm pillows........

We humans have a compulsion to soak in all the beauty of this season before it passes into the bleakness of winter..........
