This adorable Siam ape, Noah, was born on Pattie's birthday--maybe they should have named him Paddy................
Our friend, Lynn, is raising him at home --just as she has raised others in the past. Noah was not rejected by his parents--his mother was a first time mama and by the time she got the hang of suckling and keeping him warm, her milk had dried up. Since mama and papa both did not reject him, he will hopefully be reunited with his birth family once he is can eat on his own.....
That's one mighty Koi headed for that black crowned night heron! Pattie and Kelly have informed us that this migratory bird and his mate found the environs of the Zoo, Bio-garden and Tingley Beach so inviting, they just stopped migrating. They are more or less RETIRED and living the high life in Albuquerque.
Hail to thee--you smart old bird!!
