NEW YEAR'S EVE--2012

 The New Year has come once more to our ancient city of Santa Fe.........

 And as usual, we make our yearly pilgrimage to the plaza to celebrate......

Earlier in the day, Binks tries on an outfit trying to decide what to wear to ring in the New Year.....

But this special couple will not be ringing in the New Year in Santa Fe, they are all packed for their return flight to San Francisco.......

 It is sad to say "Goodbye" to such an endearing house guest.........

And as always, Dwight is so sad to say "Goodbye" to Miss Bianca.........

 But we know that she is in good hands and will have a fabulous New Year's Eve in San Francisco......

 Later on we get ready for our own celebration........

After donning my New Year's tiara, we make that aforementioned Plaza stop en route........

 To a festive party with local friends as well as long-ago-locals who are visiting for the holidays......

 Everyone was in the spirit--perhaps Dwight feeling the most festive.......

Every body's favorite couple--Dave and Marsha........................

So here's hoping that 2012 will be (despite all the gloomy forecasts) one of the very best years ever for all of us!!
