PRESENT TIME--XMAS MORN 2012

 

 Catching up with our final post of the 2012 Christmas Season:  We are waking up to Christmas morning 2012....

 And while it is cold and snowy outside.....

 We are warm and cozy inside.....

 And so while the goddess Diana keeps a frozen vigil.....

 We delight in the joy of our cuddly pets and even cuddlier children.....

 Frannie is first with some Rosie the Riveter socks and a delightful companero--Ah!  Life is good!....

 Binks models her gift--a Warrior's hoodie which will get great wear.  Those San Franciscans are blessed with powerhouse sports teams.....

 Giano gets some help from that curious little Zsa Zsa who is spending her first Christmas at Cielo Azul.........

 More socks--feline beauties for Baby Binks......

And Dwight will be sooo warm in his new scarf......

 Miss Binks is thrilled with her Cadillac belt fashioned for her by Kelly from old seat belts and silver conchas.....

 Mommie loves Solange and Solange loves Mommie....

 "Gee, I was hoping for some socks...."

 Someone might have a beautiful garden this summer inspired by this book........

 She fought the stadium, but she's supporting the team..........

 Winston gets exasperated by the slow pace of opening of presents and lends a hand, er, paw........

 Binky has always loved Dumbo......

 Solange is mortified by the insolence of the cats......

And Mommie has to hold back the irascible little Zsa Zsa........

 Perfect!--especially if you are skiing with Joan Collins....

 "Are you sure that tag doesn't say 'Zsa Zsa'?"........

 My friend Louise gave us this silver cross for the Christmas tree, but not being know for subtlety, myself--I might wear it with Fiesta clothes......

 Winston's ribbon monocle makes him look like Mr. Peanut.......

 Of course, the best presents don't come in fancy wrapped packages......

 But Frannie is pretty delighted with her book......

 If you're missing Mei Toy, she is in the thick of things--sleeping away.....

 Some one sure knows how to take an endearing photo......

The battle to indoctrinate Zsa Zsa to Christmas continues.....

 My friend Josina made this gorgeous crocheted scarf for me......

 Now, THAT'S a shirt!......

 And THAT'S a super kitty!.......

 The hit gift of the morning--a tool that can unwrap any present and open any packaging!  Wished we had opened it FIRST!

 Binks is also happy with her book.....
