This flag has flown over the New Mexico State Capitol. A newly commisioned nuclear submarine named the USS Santa Fe has requested just such a flag. On its maiden voyage, the sub will surface at the North Pole and fly this flag. Dwight has been promised photos of that event when it transpires, so stay tuned, I will post that photo when it is available. Pretty neat!
