CHRISTMAS EVE--DECEMBER 2012
'Tis the night before Christmas..............
And all through the house, a lot of creatures are moving......
Even the mouse.........
Cuz, we're off to the "Children's Midnight Mass", (5:15 p.m.) at the Cathedral....
After the inspirstional services, we enjoy the beauty of the church's decorations....
And the camaraderie of those we love....
The best presents of the Christmas Season......
Are hugs from those we love...........
Pastor Adam greets the devoted as they depart.....
And the girls pose under one of the Cathedral's signature lanterns. Our friend Mark, recently replicated this design for more standing pole lights to illuminate the Cathedral courtyard........
The courtyard is lined with memorial farolitos--this one commemorating Louie's wonderful parents--who are loving remembered at Christmas time.....

The Christmas event of the year in Santa Fe--Angie and Larry's annual Christmas Eve bash--here is the Hostess with the Mostest!....
The whole family shows up--like Matthew and Michelle and their comely little Gabriela....
The house is filled with guests.....
And nothing is prettier than a fresh young thing in her pretty Christmas dress.....
Or a loving young mother with her precious son. By the way, by the time I got these photos posted, Baby Sister has arrived.....
Speaking of precious sons......Giano is truly enjoying the party atmosphere and especially the FOOD......
No Piker herself, Frannie digs into the tamales and chile and beans.........
Sisi is feeling festive in her red top.....
And Angie is revelling in keeping the party spirited and happy and the conversations abound.....
Including some that involve Danny telling someone "what's what"........
And Grandma telling Miss Binks how happy she is that Bianca is home for the holidays......
We ALL agree with that sentiment..................
Angie has always been the "star" of the family and her Christmas Eve parties are always a highlight of the entire year....
Because it gives everyone a chance to celebrate with those they love......
