IT'S FIESTA TIME IN OLD SANTA FE.......

 And the Capshaws are having their annual party for........

The girls are all home and preparing the Photo booth......

 And the guests are arriving......

We have Cinderella--er, Fracesca--and her broom to do all the work.....

 This photo is probably the very definition of the word "tipsy"........

And even Dwight is showing off his finery.....

 My annual photo with our oh-so-huge, but oh-so-temporary neighbor........
