THE CHAVEZ COLLECTION IV--Fiesta Dresses, Squaw dresses, Mexican attire

 Welcome to the fourth edition of the famed Chavez Collection of fine Fiesta Attire!  Sisi is wearing a two piece cotton squaw dress with fabulous gold ric-rac and braid.
 Angelica is sporting a lovely light blue raincloth full-circle skirt with silver and aqua ric rac and braid.

 Miss Rachel models a two piece cotton bi-tome squaw dress with white, silver and pink  ric-rac and braid.....

 Of course, some folks bypass the fiesta clothing entirely and celebrate the Fiesta spirit strictly with their statement in jewelry--like Alice.....
 Diana in a traditional Two-piece tightly pleated bi-tone squaw dress with turquoise ric-rac and trim.....
 Sisi in a traditional Chiapas costume from Mexico with elaborate colorful embroidery......
 This hand-painted Mexican skirt changed collections during the "trading season".  It has metallic painting depicting daily life scenes from village life......
 A very popular Fiesta style--this is a two-piece red bandanna cotton print two-piece dress with a full-circle skirt.....
 Another squaw dress changing hands--this is a two-piece bitone cotton squaw dress with intricate braid and trim in gold, brown and silver.  It features an intricately pleated skirt.
 Another beautiful bi-tone raincloth squaw dress with gold and black ric-rac and braid....
 Toesette is another girl "painting the town red" with this cotton two-piece squaw dress with intricately patterned white and silver ric-rac on both the top and the skirt.....
 One little refugee raincloth skirt with silver and white ric-rac  in an interesting cognac color.....
 Rachet modeling the first dress from her own collection in teal raincloth with silver ric-rac and braid and featuring a novel one shoulder design.....
 A really cute Fiesta dress featuring cloth with a red chile design and peasant accents on the blouse ruffle and petticoat peek-a-boo on the hemline.....


 Sylvia, the proprietor of the collection assists one of her models (Rachel) with a Spanish comb....

A really adorable linen street dress with a beautifully embroidered--and very strking--floral and butterfly  design.

 A satin tri-tone fiesta dress with lots of ruffles and a full-circle skirt....

 A totally cheerful dress featuring orange ric-rac and lovely floral braid.  It is cotton , two-piece and has a full-circle skirt.....
A Desert Flower Original two piece cotton coral  squaw dress with elaborate gold and black ric-rac and braid......

Woah! I'm really enjoying the template/theme of this website. It's simple, yet effective. A lot of times it's difficult to get that "perfect balance" between superb usability and visual appeal.
