A PERFECT FALL WEDDING--2012

There is nothing as wonderful as a romantic wedding--especially a SANTA FE WEDDING......

 And so on this lovely autumn day (in 2012) I'm thrilled to be attending just such an event......(I apologize for the long delay, but the posting of these photos just fell through the cracks of my messy little mind0

 Waiting in the vestibule of the Cathedral is a gorgeous bride....

 And her lovely mother.....

 So without further
 adieu, we're off....

 Yvette is a totally radiant bride....

 And she is surrounded by a bevy of lovely bridesmaids.....

 Her loving mother who has been with her through thick and thin, walks her down the aisle....

 And into the beautiful Cathedral that is packed with well-wishing friends and family.....

 Unfortunately, I do not have the type of camera necessary to get lots of good shots of the ceremony from a far distance, but I did get one that shows the love and devotion expressed in their very personal service.....

 The new MAN AND WIFE exiting the church into a bright future together....

 To the delight of everyone in attendance....

 Outside there was a mariachi serenade....

 Thoroughly enjoyed by Michael and Liz....

 And all the guests....

 Up close and personal....

 Then the mariachi led the congregation through the Fiesta Labor Day Market on the Plaza to the reception at La Fonda Hotel.....

 The joy is apparent....

 And the music is irresistible...

 To the delight of the folks on the street.....

 At La Fonda, the glittering guests are waiting....

 And the bride and groom are feted to the most sumptuous wedding cake ever!....

 All baked, trimmed and set up by the Mother-of-the-Bride.....

 Patsy and Jerry pose besides the replica of the Cathedral that was made to house all the Wedding cards.....

 "Thanks, Mom, for everything!  I love you...."

 Paul and Yvette--that fabulous new couple....
