The National Cemetery in Santa Fe--the site of today's Internment Ceremony for Carl Whittemore......

The Capshaws are in attendance to pay their respects to a fine man and to give our condolences to his sons--our friends.....

This is Randy, Carl's youngest son......

This is Gary--Carl's oldest son with his soulmate/significant other, Pat.....

And this is our good friend Waymon--Carl's middle son--greeting fellow mourners at the Committal Shelter.....

Eileen acted as a gracious hostess to relatives who had travelled many miles to say their "Goodbyes" to Carl....

Carl was a veteran of WWII, and this flag is symbolic of his sacrifices for his country.....

At the end of the ceremony, it is presented to Carl's widow....

After the ceremony, the mourners gathered at Randy's lovely home.......
